My name is Pawel Noga and I am chief organizer of European Go Congress
- Olsztyn 2013 (Poland)
We would like to give to players from your country few discount vouchers.
Please read the information below:

About vouchers
1. Vouchers provide discount for accommodation and meals for European
Go Congress
2. One person can use only one voucher
3. Vouchers can be given to any go player
4. Vouchers work only when you register for whole Congress
5. There are three types of vouchers:
- 100 Euro (60 Euro off from accommodation and 40 Euro from meals)
- 50 Euro (30 Euro off from accommodation and 20 Euro from meals)
- 25 Euro (15 Euro off from accommodation and 10 Euro from meals)

Receiving vouchers
Go Federations receive vouchers for free, however they need to follow
some rules:
1. vouchers should be given to players as a prizes in tournaments (any
tournament with open registration)
2. some vouchers (but not more than 50%) can be given for free to
players who need financial support (we do not specify how this should
be verified – you can do it)
3. all vouchers must be distributed before 15.12.2012.
4. you must put link to our European Go Congress web page
(http://egc2013.go.art.pl) at your federation site (and forum if you
got one)
5. tournaments organizers also must put this link at their tournaments
page or forum information
6. we would like to get a list of names of players who will receive our vouchers
7. those terms should be know to go players in your country

Using vouchers
1. Register to our Go Congress using EGC Manager
2. write code number of voucher in discount tab

Federations can get different number of vouchers. Your federation will receive:
2x 50 Euro vouchers
5x 25 Euro vouchers

If you agree to these terms please send me an email and you will
receive code numbers of vouchers.
