Just to let you know that the 2009 Ing Chang-ki Memorial Cup
starts today 26th February at the EGCC in Amsterdam. Games
are being broadcast on IGS, KGS and EuroGoTV.

It is probably the strongest Ing Memorial ever, but may be the last
for a while as the Ing Foundation can not pay any grant to the EGF for
the foreseeable future, thanks to low interest rates in Taiwan.
